This blog has been created so I can share a variety of expertise with you around fitness, nutrition, mindset, creative visualisation, and lots more. During my 8 years in fitness, I have learnt a lot along the way, I've made mistakes but most importantly learned from them. Going through my journey I wished there was a blog I could go to where I was informed on exercise techniques, healthy recipes, and discussed what barriers we face as a woman in fitness; from tackling the weights section dominated by men, gaining muscle as a woman and how to successfully structure your workouts.
Week by week I plan to discuss key topics, share some tasty plant-based recipes, tackle fitness myths and talk about the importance of mental health and how this aligns with our physical well-being.
